Full interior design floor plans, including furniture floor plan layouts with relevant mood board proposals.
Full internal schedules for tender and construction.
Recommendation and selection of interior finishes.
Submission and selection of fittings and fixtures throughout; kitchens, bathrooms, laundries.
Bespoke joinery design includes kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and freestanding joinery to produce
comprehensive detail drawings and documentation for tender.Proposal and selection of door hardware, including decorative hardware / as required.
Lighting design - reflective ceiling plans and electrical power plans, including switching diagrams.
Production of construction documentation required for tender and construction; including existing, proposed,
and demolition floor plans.Site services - attendance at site meetings with the client and appointed building contractors, as required.
Project management (trade liaison) as needed.
Proposal and selection of interior/exterior colour schemes and documentation.
Sourcing of decorative light fittings - as required.
Specification and sourcing of furniture items / as required; furniture, upholstery, rugs, styling and accessories.
Window treatments & fabric selection.
Soft furnishing procurement - scheduling, quoting, sampling, and purchasing loose furniture and
decorative items if/as required.
